Pyrmont Area Guide
Pyrmont is a harbour front area predominantly made up of new build flats. So there are lots of young professionals and couples in the area. It does have some great playground areas by the harbour but it’s perhaps better to just visit for the day if you have a family rather than live there.
The Pyrmont fish market is a popular spot to pick up some fresh seafood to cook at home or to eat out.

Transport
Potts Point is about thirty minutes walk to the city. The nearest underground is Kings Cross which costs around $4 for a return trip in to the city.
There is a tram stop at the fish market which runs in to the city.
